One Bottle (30 day supply) is infused with 2400mg Full Spectrum Hemp Extract Oil >1,200mg CBD, which means it has a daily dosage of 80mg of Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract Oil >40mg CBD and is coupled with 5-HTP and melatonin that is optimized to help you fall and stay asleep. This product should only be taken 20-30 minutes before bedtime. This 1 oz bottle has many other ingredients that enhance sleep and wellness benefits, which include:

  1. Pure Organic Coconut MCT Oil (the primary carrier oil base of this blend)
  2. Full Spectrum Hemp Extract Oil
  3. Pure Melatonin: 150 mg per bottle
